No.4 Vintage Despatch & Delivery Terms

Delivery 

We will do our best to deliver the goods to you to the address that you specify for delivery. If you do not supply an address, we will deliver the goods to the credit card address you provide us with. Please take care when entering your details as we cannot accept liability for non delivery of items as a result of incorrect information entered by yourself. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods at the point when they were delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods if they are held at the post office or delivery company's depot. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but such dates are not guaranteed and are provided for reference only. We may deliver your goods in instalments if reasonably required. We allow a maximum of 30 days for you to let us know your goods haven’t arrived. If you haven’t contacted us by this time we will accept this as your acknowledgement for receipt of the goods. No.4 Vintage cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order. You are responsible for the products once delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the products passes to you when you take possession of them.

 

UK

All UK parcels are sent with Royal Mail Signed For. This normally take 3-5 working days but can take longer depending on carrier.

 

If you require a local collection please use the code 'LOCALPICKUP' at the checkup to clear the shipping cost. We will then contact you to arrange best date and a suitable time for collection.

 

Europe 

All European parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. This normally take 5-7 working days but can take longer depending on carrier.

 

USA, Canada & Australia

All above shipping zones parcels are sent with UPS or Royal Mail. This normally takes 10-14 days but can take longer depending on carrier.

Any excess postage is always refunded.

 

ROW 

Unfortunately at this current time we do not offer shipping to ROW. If you are from a country that falls in this category and wish to purchase a product/s please drop us an email and we will do all we can too facilitate. 

If you have any queries with shipping times or costs please do not hesitate to contact us prior to purchase and we will do our very best to accommodate all requests.

 

Despatch

 
Once order is placed and payed for, please allow 2-4 days for No.4 Vintage to process your order prior to shipping. This time allows us to correctly pick your order, but also to safely and securely package it in appropriate packing materials.

Please note No.4 Vintage does not accept liability for any delivery conversations or instructions issued  between the delivery company and the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. porch, garage / shed, or with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel. By shipping with a 'Signed For' service hopefully this should negate any of these  potential issues.

At No.4 Vintage we are also very conscious of the environment. Where possible we use reusable or recycled packaging.
